These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.reech.co (the “Site”) and any interaction with Reech’s demo AI agents. The Site is operated by REECH LLC (“Reech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Reech designs, builds and operates custom AI solutions, autonomous AI agents and agentic platforms for businesses. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement, statement of work, Data Processing Agreement and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreement). If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the client agreement controls.

AI Agents and Outputs

• You may be interacting with an AI system, not a person. We disclose this when you talk to our agents.

• AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Information provided by our demo agents is for general purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

• Conversations with our agents may be recorded and transcribed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or our agents for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive or unauthorized purpose.

• Abuse our demo agents, including automated or excessive calls, attempts to extract system instructions, or attempts to make an agent produce harmful content.

• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site, or upload malicious software or harmful content.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or copy our platform, agents or content.

We may limit, suspend or block access to the Site or our agents to prevent abuse.

Client Responsibilities

Clients who deploy agents with Reech are responsible for their use of those agents, including obtaining any consents required to call, text or record their customers, and complying with laws such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and applicable privacy and recording laws, as further set out in their client agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Site, our platform (including Reech OS) and their content are owned by Reech and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our prior written consent. Ownership of client data and deliverables is set out in each client agreement.

Third-Party Services

The Site and our services rely on and may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

Disclaimer

The Site and our demo agents are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our demo agents.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
