This Privacy Policy explains how REECH LLC (“Reech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit https://www.reech.co (the “Site”), talk to one of our AI agents, or work with us as a client. We build custom AI solutions, autonomous AI agents and agentic platforms, and we take the data those systems handle seriously.

Our Two Roles

• Website and prospects: when you browse the Site, book a call or talk to our demo agent, Reech decides how your information is used and this Policy applies.

• Client data: when we build and operate AI agents for a client, we process their customers’ data on the client’s behalf and only on their instructions, under our written agreement with that client (including a Data Processing Agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement). In that case the client’s own privacy policy governs, and requests about that data should go to the client.

Information We Collect

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company and role.

• Conversations with AI agents: when you talk to an agent by phone, web, SMS, email, chat or messaging apps, we may collect the content of the conversation, including call audio recordings, transcripts and message history.

• Scheduling information: details you provide when you book a meeting with us.

• Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar technical information collected through cookies and analytics.

• Client data: information our clients connect to the agents we operate for them, such as CRM records, documents and business data.

AI Agents, Calls and Recordings

Our agents are AI systems, and we disclose that when you interact with them. Calls and conversations with our agents may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service, keep quality high, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Where the law requires consent to record, we or our client obtain it. AI-generated responses can contain mistakes; important decisions are routed to a human.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, monitor and improve our services and the agents we run for clients.

• To respond to you, qualify your request and schedule calls.

• To send service updates and, with your permission where required, marketing communications.

• To keep our systems secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data or protected health information to train our own AI models, and we do not use client data for our own marketing.

Service Providers

We use carefully selected service providers (sub-processors) to run our platform, such as cloud infrastructure, database and hosting providers, voice and telephony providers, messaging providers and AI model providers. Each is bound by contract to protect your information and to use it only to provide services to us, and providers that may handle protected health information are bound by Business Associate Agreements. Clients can request our current sub-processor list under their client agreement.

Health Information (HIPAA)

For clients that are covered entities or business associates under HIPAA, Reech acts as a business associate and signs a Business Associate Agreement before handling any protected health information (PHI). PHI is processed only in environments and with sub-processors covered by Business Associate Agreements, limited to the minimum necessary, and never used for marketing or model training.

Running in Your Cloud

Clients can choose to have us deploy and run their agents entirely inside their own cloud environment, so their data stays in their infrastructure and under their control.

Text Messages

If you receive text messages from us or from an agent we operate, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, logging and monitoring, and guardrails on what our agents are allowed to do. Our infrastructure providers maintain SOC 2 reports. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations or as set out in our client agreements. Clients control retention periods for recordings and transcripts, and we delete or return client data when an engagement ends, as agreed in our contract.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your personal information.

• Opt out of marketing communications and text messages.

• Withdraw consent you previously gave.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. If your data was collected by an agent we operate for one of our clients, we will forward your request to that client.

Children

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and the law change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last Updated” date.
